Irwin A.
Ginsberg, M.D.

Dr. Ginsberg, founder of The Buffalo Otolaryngology
Group became board certified in otolaryngology on April 24,
1953. He pioneered cochlear implantation in Western
New York, was one of the originators of the stapes prosthesis
used presently for stapedectomies, and authored and co-authored
numerous publications. He was a member of several professional
societies and had been honored by several of these societies.
Dr. Ginsberg's most recent accomplishment was the invention of the
"Earigator", a machine used nationally for the painless
removal of cerumen. Dr. Ginsberg had an international
reputation as an ear surgeon.

| Gerald D.
Stinziano, M.D., D.D.S. |
|
Dr. Stinziano received a dental degree from the State University
of New York at Buffalo School of Dentistry in 1966 and then
went on to obtain an M.D. degree from the State University
of New York Medical School. Dr. Stinziano became board
certified in adult and pediatric otolaryngology on November
8, 1974. Dr. Stinziano is a member of several professional
societies and has published several papers. He is a
clinical assistant professor in the Department of Otolaryngology
at the State University of New York at Buffalo. He practices
all aspects of otolaryngology-head and neck surgery, the treatment
of sleep disorders and advanced sinus surgery.

Buck, M.D., F.A.C.S. |

Dr. Buck obtained his medical degree from Bowman Gray Medical
School of Wake Forest University in Winston Salem, North Carolina
in 1973. After completion of his residency and internship,
he became board certified in adult and pediatric otolaryngology-head
and neck surgery on October 22, 1978.
He is a member of several professional societies and
is very active in the American College of Surgeons, the Medical
Society of the State of New York, American Rhinologic Society
and the President of the New York State Society of Otolaryngology.
He is currently President of the Buffalo Otolaryngological
Society. He is a clinical assistant professor of otolaryngology
at the State University of New York at Buffalo. Dr.
Buck practices all aspects of otolaryngology-head and neck
surgery facial plastic surgery, and the treatment of sleep
disorders.

Same, M.D., Consultant |

Dr. Same received his medical degree from the State University
of New York at Buffalo in 1981. He became board certified
in adult and pediatric otolaryngology-head and neck surgery
on October 9, 1987, after completing his residency and internship
at local hospitals. Dr. Same is a member of several
professional societies and is the Medical Director for the
Voice Center of Western New York. He is a clinical instructor
in the Department of Otolaryngology at the State University
of New York at Buffalo.
He presently limits his practice with our Group to consulting.

| Stephen R.
Sobie, M.D. |

Dr. Sobie graduated from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia,
Pennsylvania in 1982. He then completed residencies
in general surgery and in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery.
Dr. Sobie then did a one year fellowship at the Medical
College of Pennsylvania between 1987 and 1988. He became
board certified in adult and pediatric otolaryngology on October
9, 1987. Dr. Sobie is a member of several professional
societies and is a clinical instructor in the Department of
Otolaryngology at the State University of New York at Buffalo.
He practices all aspects of general ear, nose and throat
surgery, facial plastic surgery, and the treatment of sleep
disorders.

| Keun Y. Lee,
M.D., F.A.C.S. |

Dr. Lee received his medical degree from Catholic Medical
College in Seoul, Korea. He completed his residency
and internship in New York State before becoming board certified
in adult and pediatric otolaryngology -head and neck surgery
on October 20, 1979. From 1979 to 1989, Dr. Lee was
a full time academic faculty member in the Department of Otolaryngology
at the State University of New York at Buffalo. During
that time, he was actively involved with the teaching of medical
students and resident physicians and served on numerous university
and departmental committees. Dr. Lee is a member of
several professional societies including both the American
Society of Head and Neck Surgery and Society of Head and Neck
Surgeons. He has been involved in numerous scientific
presentations and exhibits and has several publications and
contributions in textbooks to his credit.
Dr. Lee practices all aspects of otolaryngology, with an emphasis
on the treatment of tumors of the head and neck and the treatment
of diseases of the thyroid gland.

| Gustavo Diaz-Reyes, M.D. |

Dr. Diaz-Reyes received his medical degree from the University of Valle in Cali, Colombia in his birthplace of South America in 1990. Following completion of his Otolaryngology training, he held the position of Professor in the Head & Neck Oncologic Surgery Department of Otorrhinolaryngology at the University Hospital of Valle in Colombia. His desire for further training brought him to the U.S. in 1996. He completed an Oncologic Head & Neck surgical fellowship at the Sisters of Charity Hospital, a fellowship in Microvascular Head & Neck Reconstruction in Indianapolis, Indiana and a Residency in Otolaryngology which took place at the State University of NY at Buffalo and was completed at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Dr. Diaz-Reyes has taken part in several research projects relating to Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery.
He is Board Certified in all aspects of Pediatric & Adult Otolaryngology and has years of experience and advanced training and practices all aspects of Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery; including facial plastic and reconstructive surgery.

| Shalini Kansal, M.D. |
Dr. Shalini Kansal received her Bachelor’s Degree from Union College in Schenectady, NY prior to graduating with her Doctor of Medicine degree from Albany Medical College in 2001. She received numerous honors for Excellence in fields related to the medicine and has also participated in several research projects.
After a five-year Residency in Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, Dr. Kansal joined the Buffalo Otolaryngology Group. Dr. Kansal became Board Certified in all aspects of Pediatric & Adult Otolaryngology in June of 2007. She is now practicing all aspects of Pediatric & Adult Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery with a particular interest in Otology.
Dr. Kansal has completed training in Aesthetic Enhancement utilizing BOTOX Cosmetic & Restylane Dermal Fillers, and offers free consultations for these cosmetic services.
